Provider onboarding
Prepare approved endpoints for supplier delivery.
Request provider access
Create an account using your company details and request Provider access. The team reviews the request before supplier controls become available. Contact Us if you need help with onboarding.
Prepare your supply information
Prepare the models and versions you can supply, the service address, supported request capabilities, actual context and output limits, delivery regions, retention terms and commercial prices. Use information that describes the service you can actually deliver.
Keep account credentials private. Use the authorized connection process for your organization and ask the team for help with any operator-managed configuration. Do not send passwords or API keys in an enquiry.
Register and verify an endpoint
Open Supply & fulfillment and enter the supported endpoint details. Review validation messages, save the record and complete the required verification. A saved record alone does not establish that a service is available for purchases.
Use Testing an endpoint to check the service before offering delivery. Confirm that declared capabilities and limits match observed behavior.
Update availability
Use Manage endpoint to review an existing endpoint or change its availability. Keep model, region, retention and capability declarations accurate. A change must remain compatible with existing delivery commitments; contact the team if a requested update is rejected.
Suspending an endpoint does not erase existing agreements or usage. Coordinate any effect on outstanding delivery before making the change.
Publish capacity
Follow Publishing capacity to set the quantity, delivery window, throughput and concurrency you can supply. Review the prices and terms before publishing a firm offer or responding to an RFQ.
