Contact-enquiry privacy

What the public contact form collects, why it is kept and how to ask about it.

Updated 20 August 2026

Information submitted

The contact form collects a name, organisation, email address, market interest and the answers or note entered with the enquiry. It also records when the enquiry arrived and which public page sent it.

Do not submit credentials, provider payloads, model prompts or other confidential production data through the contact form.

How it is used

Megatron Markets uses the submitted information to review the enquiry, reply to the sender and manage any conversation that follows. It is not used by this site for behavioural advertising.

Verification and page assets

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human submissions from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes the verification under its privacy policy. The site also requests its Switzer font stylesheet from Fontshare.

The marketing site does not currently install analytics or advertising scripts. The trading terminal has its own operational and account data flows.

Retention and requests

Enquiry information is kept while it is needed to reply and manage the resulting relationship, then removed when it is no longer needed for that purpose or a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or meet an applicable obligation.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of an enquiry, use the contact form and identify the email address used for the original submission. A response may require evidence that the requester controls that address.
